All items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for Store Credit. We don’t offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. An exchange or refund will only be issued where an item is deemed faulty or if a replacement of the same item is unavailable for exchange.
The items must:
- be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- not smell of ladies perfume/deoderant so please take due care when trying on your order.
- Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Our staff reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

- Include in the email your customer order number and your invoice.
- Your return request will be assessed by a member of our team.
- Once your return is received, we will notify you by email and process your return within 3 business days.
- FAULTY ITEMSAll items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. You can email us if you believe your item has a fault. Strictly there is no exchange or refund on sale items.
