Shipping & Delivery
Your Accessory Shop ships all orders from Australia via Australia Post at a flat rate per order. All orders are sent from Sydney, Australia and are packed and dispatched within three business days of payment clearance, unless purchased as pre-order. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note all sales are final and no cancellation for any items will be accepted.

- $9.00 AUD for Standard shipping with tracking via Australia Post (2-5 Business days) or
- $12.00 AUD for Express shipping with tracking via Australia Post (1-3 Business days)
- Orders over $70 AUD receive FREE Australia Post Regular Parcel Shipping
- Please note delivery to rural areas can take 4-6 business days from dispatch date.
If you have not received your items within 3 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
When you pre-order an item from Your Accessory Shop, it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer. All orders that include pre-order items will be shipped when the entire order is ready for shipment. For partial shipment options please contact us directly email@example.com. Estimated dispatch time frames for pre-order items are 2 weeks.
- ITEM AVAILABILITYIf a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as reasonably practicable and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org directly to get up to date information or express interest for items you wish to be restocked.
